Creative Space
Location
We are located in Kohama, a neighborhood defined by its authenticity and serenity.
A short walk from Sumiyoshi Taisha (one of Japan’s oldest and most significant shrines), the area provides a unique atmosphere that allows for deep focus. The nearby Sumiyoshi Park offers a vast and scenic landscape for relaxation and local connection.
Space
Mochi Creative Space is established in a three-story residential building. Following a full renovation in 2026, the space provides a versatile environment for art and living.
The ground floor (1F) and the second floor (2F) serve as our primary gallery and event space. The third floor (3F) is dedicated to our Artist-in-Residence program and private studios.
Convenience
Mochi Creative Space is perfectly situated for easy access to Osaka’s major centers. We are just 8 minutes to Namba and 18 minutes to Umeda by train.
Enjoy an ideal retreat for artistic exploration while staying a short ride away from the city’s vibrant attractions.
